These Terms govern your use of the Livestream Scheduler desktop application and its related website. By using the application, you agree to these Terms.

YouTube Terms

Livestream Scheduler uses YouTube API Services. By using features that connect to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use is also subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and applicable Google policies.

Authorization and Automated Actions

You must explicitly authorize Livestream Scheduler through Google OAuth before it may access or manage your YouTube channel. The application never requests your Google or YouTube password.

By enabling a schedule, you instruct and authorize the application to perform the configured actions on your behalf. These actions may include creating and updating broadcasts, setting titles and scheduled times, selecting visibility and audience settings, starting and stopping livestreams, and completing broadcasts.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining control and security of your Google and YouTube accounts.
• Reviewing broadcast titles, times, visibility, and audience settings.
• Ensuring that broadcasts comply with applicable laws and policies.
• Obtaining permission for all audio, video, music, images, and other content.
• Correctly identifying content that is made for children.
• Maintaining reliable equipment, internet service, OBS configuration, and power.

Third-Party Services

Livestream Scheduler depends on services and software provided by third parties, including Google, YouTube, OBS Studio, and Cloudflare. Their availability, policies, features, and behavior are outside our control. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, suspensions, data loss, or other problems caused by third-party services.

Privacy

Our handling of authorization tokens, account information, and YouTube API data is described in our Privacy Policy. By connecting a YouTube channel, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that policy.

Revoking Access

You may disconnect the application or revoke its authorization through your Google Account third-party access settings . Revocation prevents future authorized YouTube API actions but does not automatically delete broadcasts or content already stored by YouTube.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Livestream Scheduler for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity. You may not use it to manipulate views, bypass YouTube restrictions, interfere with YouTube services, or violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

No Affiliation

Livestream Scheduler is an independent application. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google, YouTube, OBS Studio, or Cloudflare.

Disclaimer

The application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful broadcasts, continuous third-party authorization, or freedom from errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost broadcasts, lost data, lost revenue, or reputational harm resulting from use of or inability to use the application.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the application or applicable platform requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are published.
